HOW DO WE CONTACT YOU?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR CANCEL IT AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it or change any items. Thank you for your understanding!

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

  • Once your order has been sent out, your initial email confirmation will update to show a ‘Shipped’ status and include a tracking number if applicable.
  • You will also receive a separate shipping confirmation email with the same information. 

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can place your order and just check out if you don't feel like registering.

WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, as well as PayPal. If your billing information does not match what your financial institution has on file or if you are shipping to a location that does not match your billing address, your order may be placed on hold and delayed for security verification purposes. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause.

WHAT IF I REFUSE A PACKAGE?

An order that is refused will be charged the original shipping plus the return shipping it takes for the package to get back to our facility. All orders shipped via UPS are subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Service’ as detailed on UPS.com.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Some items on our site are shipped directly from the vendor. These items are labeled as Drop-ship.

Order processing can take up to 10 business days. All orders are shipped with standard shipping and expedited delivery is not available.

Since each brand ships from its own warehouse, your Drop Ship item(s) will arrive separately from the rest of your Truly NYA Fashions order. If you order from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages from each brand.

We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; 

Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package.  

 Shipments to PO boxes are shipped via USPS.

Expedited shipping is available for item shipped from our warehouse. If the items ship directly from the vendor there will be no option for expedited shipping. Orders must be placed before 2pm EST in order to be shipped out same day (If you place your order at 3pm EST Monday with Next Day it will not arrive to you until Wednesday.)

Truly NYA Fashions ships Monday through Friday, except U.S. Federal holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, after which you will receive a shipment notification by e-mail.

Weekend orders will be processed and shipped on Monday or the following non-holiday business day. Orders over $75 will receive free standard shipping within the continental United States. Once the shipping confirmation e-mail has been sent, your order will typically arrive within 7-14 days.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

No returns or exchanges can be accepted for the following items: All Clearance Rack items, final sale items, if merchandise is missing tags and original packaging, damaged, washed, worn, or altered in any kind of way. If any of the above-mentioned items are returned, no refund or exchange will be processed, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges that go into recovering the merchandise.
