Returns & Exchanges Policy
If the item purchased are Drop Ship items then you must follow the supplier return policy guidelines enclosed in your package. Our policy at Truly NYA Fashions we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction, values and we work diligently to satisfy our customers.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Truly NYA Fashions purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, Please contact us and we’ll make things right.
*Final Stock and Warehouse Sale items are not eligible for returns. If you need to exchange for a different size, we will do our best to accommodate if we have other sizes in stock.
Every product is satisfaction guaranteed and may be returned for a store credit of the item price less shipping costs within 14 days of delivery date. Refunds will be made in the form of a collection credit. Sale items or Last One items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund. All returns must be in a marketable condition and include the original packaging with tags attached. If merchandise is not returned in the original packaging with tags attached, the return will be denied. Only items purchased from this website can be accepted for return.
USA RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging if possible. Please include all paperwork, and ensure the invoice # and billing name appear on the return form which will be emailed to you once you call the office for a return request.
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
